I received this in the post today and I was just so over the moon that I had to show you all.

Remember when tomanderson offered that Dracula video giveaway? Well, I won but because I'm in the UK, the video wouldn't have worked on my VCR, so tomanderson was sweet enough to send me a substitute prize.

The box was so cute - it even had little halloween stickers on it! And it contained a really sweet Halloween invitation/card, a comic book, a print out of some advertisements from Halloween comics, a glow in the dark poseable skeleton decoration and a bag of goodies containing - 2 bags of sugar babies (which are SO yummy!!), some spider rings, a rubber bat, a couple of little rubber rats, a skull keyring whose eyes LIGHT UP! (I screamed "this is the best keyring EVER" when I discovered that lol) Aaaand it also had a few pairs of vampire fangs, some jelly skeletons, some Beavis and Butthead collectors cards and a little monster candy box.

It was soooo cute it was like the Trick or Treat experience I never had! At the ripe old age of 22! haha!

Thank you so much tomanderson - you are a real sweetie :D

hehe! Thanks Winnie! I am such a big kid  but hey, life is more fun that way lol.

The nicest thing was that when I went round to collect the parcel this evening (we have a communual post area round the front of the building), the air was crisp and it was a bit chilly, and I could smell bonfire. It was quiet and almost spooky.. and absolutely perfect conditions to collect a Halloween parcel in! The spirit of Autumn has well and truly set in - so much so that it is tangible upon the air. :D

Me too!! It is my favourite Halloween movie :)

I did a google image search for Hocus Pocus and this picture came up, so then I saved it, put it into photoshop, cropped it, levelled the colours out a bit, got a black gradiated paintbrush and went around the outside of it to give it that "vignette" feel and then added the text! I can make one for you too, if you'd like?

Oh, I am a little embarrassed! But happy you liked the stuff, Magickbean!

Halloween Freak, your box should have arrived by now, any news on that puppy?

Heh heh...I liked Hocus Pocus too, it is actually very dark for a Disney movie and very funny too. I saw it in the theatres, and all that Halloween stuff looked GReAT on the big screen!
