Alien Earth

Has anybody here been watching Alien: Earth? This show is absolutely amazing! The Alien franchise had some good movies over the years, but I think that most fans will agree that they can't compare to the first 2 movies Alien and Aliens. The show feels like a true sequel to the first movie, and it's beautifully creepy and gory with the right level of pacing that makes each episode fly by. I won't go into spoilers, but I will say that some of the new species they introduce are truly terrifying. If you're a fan of the Alien franchise then I definitely recommend this show.

Strangely, I've never seen either of the Alien movies, though I know something about them. At some point I should investigate them, I guess. It sounds like this tv series is good.

You should definitely check out the first Alien movie at the very least.

I have yet to see anything that Sigourney Weaver was in that I didn't like, but if I'm not mistaken, this was the first movie starring her that I ever saw.
