Insomnia made me mad and later, sleepy.
All you that doth my grave pass by,
As you are now so once was I,
As I am now so you must be,
Prepare for death & follow me.

I'm annoyed because some dumb <deleted> has pierced her nose and wants to wear it in a school that has a strict dress code and is now suing the school district saying that she belongs to the church of body modification and this is a religious symbol of the "church" and what makes me even more annoyed is they are debating it on the serious news as if there is any credibility to this asinine church defense.
What happened to the good ol' days when someone would pull something stupid like this and everyone rolled their eyes and it just didnt fly?
to make it even worse the ACLU is backing her stating religious freedom (theres a shock)
Church of Body Modification...........give me a freekin break, this is even dumber then the time that Muslim woman wanted to take her DL license pic with her burka on in California.......sheesh

Hey, to each their own right?
I've never worked a Halloween because of it being a 'religious holiday' for me.
I'd say if she can get away with it, good on her

I think it is ridiculously stupid and she should follow the school rules like everyone else. They should kick her <deleted> out of that school until she can comply with the dress code

I like halloween but if I was an employer and my employee said they cant work Halloween because is was a religious holiday they wouldnt be working much of the rest of the week either

Is it a public school or a private school?

Freedom of religion means every religion. Why should it matter if that religion was made up yesterday or two thousand years ago? :D

Me too, and this is a cat I rescued because he had no mother.. but my boyfriend hates him, always has. Currently he (my cat) is in the laundry room downstairs, until I find somewhere else for him to live, or my boyfriend stops being a jerk

and what Mac said. I've never followed rules, especially in school. I don't think any place should be able to tell people what, if any piercings they can have.

And finally, what made me mad today was my other employee making a huge mistake and not telling anyone. Resulting in our loss prevention department phoning me and giving me hell. why can't people just be smart??

you should find another place for your boyfriend to live..........If my wife (then GF) didnt like my cat she'd either live with it or move on, my cat wouldnt have gone anywhere

That begs the question; what is the criteria for establishing a religion?

My internet was being a <deleted> <deleted> <deleted> for the past few days. A short Asian guy working for AT&T came out to fix the problem. I couldn't understand a word he said, but he did something, spoke some gibberish, said bye, and walked out.
SO, now I have the interwebz again.
