DARK RIDE: Theater or Dvd?

Hey,
Not sure if you people have ever heard or seen about this preview of this film called "DARK RIDE", so is it coming to the threater or just straight to the DVD?

BTW, I only know the actress Jamie Lynn Sigler, she used to play on HBO TV show, you know, THE SOPRANOS? She was acting as Tony Soprano's daughter.
