In all honesty, tantraman, if you hope to be an R.N., you might also want to work on spelling and punctuation. My aunt was a nurse, and written communication skills will be important, as you will be writing medical reports every day.
Good luck with the test!

When is your test? What math does it specifically cover?
I might be able to help. I'm pretty swamped 'till November, but I'm sure I could give you some information-- I just need to know what, specifically, you need help with. "Fractions" is a very broad and extensive section of "math"...
If you have any questions, I can help you as best as I can.

I don't know of any specifically, but I'd bet there are online SAT courses or tests out there that could help you with some review. It sounds like you'd need that level of math & verbal.

MmMmmm... fundamental algebra and geometry. There's a whole list of formulas in the Fundamentals of Engineering handbook.

The first 1-3 pages will have formulas you might find useful. Beyond that you get into vectors, matricies, calculus, and DiffEQ.
If you don't mind forking out $10 for a study guide, I recommend this book:
