I saw some of those cute table top trees at Micheals last week. They are old looking black trees with Halloween ornaments. They are so cute. Hope that helps, not sure how much it was.

Hey Mandy0221, Yes I saw the same ones as sweet lil vampire, at Michael's, and they also sell the decorations for it. I know there are other stores that sell them, but it really depends on your price range for which stores would suite you best. Have you also thought about checking out EBay, they always have a few on there

Thanks!! Do either of you remember how big they were? Were they full trees or just the black branch type trees. I have one from spooky town but its a little too small.

Hey Mandy0221, well the one I bought at Michael's is around 2 feet. I've seen the bigger ones on ebay though, up to 5 feet.

NO 5 feet would surely be too large. 2 feet sounds perfect. I am going to have to run there and get some. I am pretty sure my boss will think im a little nutty. But that is ok - I might just stick a pumpkin on his desk to get him in the spirit.

I kind of wanted to do the same thing. However my "office" is a stock room. I want to put up some little halloween decorations.

If you haven't gone to Michael's yet, another good thing is the Nightmare Before Christmas tree. I have one of those that comes out every Halloween. Here's one at amazon: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000TGT5GK/ref ... nkCode=asn

Last year, TK Maxx also had some Halloween trees with black, poseable wire branches - and they sold decorations. They are about 2 - 3 feet tall. My mum bought three :D

You can also get little black xmas trees that are about 2 feet high. We sold them in a shop I used to work in last year, they were quite cheap too, only about $6 - and very effective for hanging decorations from!

In fact, I have a full sized black gothic xmas tree....why on earth didn't I think of using that before?! lol

Thanks for the ideas. I like the nightmare before xmas tree. I would actually enjoy putting that up around christmas

I still have not made it to michaels yet. I have alreay spent so much on halloween decorations that I am trying to hold back a little bit at least until halloween is a little sooner

Oh it is so hard! But at least I dont have a hubby because the only person who makes me feel guilty about spending the money is myself!

For Easter We took metal wires and bent them around a small piece of wood and spray painted it white(but black or brown would look better)then we would hang small little baskets or eggs(so for you ghost or something) and place it on a table.Make sure the metal wires are spread out (like roots)at the bottom it holds it up better
