I hope everyone here is going to be OK when the big storm scours the East Coast later this weekend. iHaunt, check in with us when you can!

Murf, I'm doing fine.... nothin's too serious, but I've seen some trees and limbs falling down apart! One of the bushes have been thrown out of the air toward to the next street and hit the window!

Everything's okay. Some car crushes here!
By the way, how many you live in the Eastern Coast in the path of Hurricane Irene? The wind and rain are howling.

I'm write outside of Philly, and they can't seem to make their minds up if it's just going to be drizzling or 10" of rain. I was originally hearing 90 mph winds, last I heard was 35 mph winds. I guess we'll see...

Wow.. It's amazing how destructive they can be. I live in the middle of the woods down a one way dirt road, so I'm planning on a lot of work cutting up all the fallen trees. That builds character though. Right??

Everything's fine around here, but only one big tree fell down just away from the back yard of my next door neighbor. It's huge! Too much water on the street and around the grass here...

Also, I saw a giant bush was getting thrown out from my next door neighbor's backyard away across to the second block of the street!

We're doing all right.

I'm glad to hear you are fine, IHaunt.

Thanks Bella! Everything went fine here! Nothing is wrong!

Right now, it's in New York.

Well, I'm relieved for East Coasters that the hurricane wasn't quite as bad as originally feared. All that flooding, and how many dead? 24 at last count? are bad enough, God knows.
We had a flood here in Nashville/middle TN in the spring of 2010, and some things are still not back to normal. Floods are awful.

I hear Irene was worse then many thought. I realy feel for all those who live in the affected area. I am also worried about my older sister who lives in St. Petersberg Florida. The gulf coast is now in danger of a hericane.
