I thought it would be good idea to discuss about your sickness such headache, stomache, flu, cold, fever, virus, etc.

Today when I ate 2 hot dogs, about one hour later I ran and puked in the bathroom... it's yellow watery vomit! I threw up about 5 minutes so my grandpa told that I might have virus in my stomach right now because he did talk to a few retired firemen who have stomach virus last week, well I didn't feel like to eat anything for dinner. Only chicken noodle soup, warm ginger ale and club soda. :(

One time I totaly forgot my doctors warning about dumping syndrome and had a medium sized milk shake at Dairy Queen. I didn't know what hit me until I started feeling horendously nausious, started to shake uncontrollably and sweat perfusely. I was shvering like it was 10 below, and it was 96 degrees out. I was also sweating at the same time.

This went on for about 20 minutes. Those were THE LONGEST 20 minutes of my life!

I dislike milk shake! But, I do love it when I was kid. Well, my doctor told me to stay away from some dairy products. :?

That's what my doctor told me after my gastric bypass. Stay away from processed sugar, especily ice cream. The only dairy product I should indulge in at all is cheese. But the combination of milk and processed sugar is a sure fire way to Dumping Syndrome for me. I even got to the point that I don't even like ice cream of any kind any more. Not even the "good humor" ice cream bars or sanwiches any more.

Dumping syndrome is a group of symptoms most likely to develop if you've had surgery to remove all or part of your stomach, or if your stomach has been surgically bypassed to help lose weight. Also called rapid gastric emptying, dumping syndrome occurs when the undigested contents of your stomach are transported or "dumped" into your small intestine too rapidly. Common symptoms include abdominal cramps and nausea.

Most people with dumping syndrome experience symptoms soon after eating. In others, symptoms may occur one to three hours after eating. In either case, symptoms can range from mild to severe.

Dumping syndrome often improves on its own without medical treatment or after adjusting your diet. In more-serious cases of dumping syndrome, you may need medication or surgery

not what i thought it was.......
