and she's suing the mall for not giving her assistance after she fell in (not sure what they could have done, she was out pretty fast) and also for letting the video get out so she could be made fun of. If I was the judge I'd tell her to look where she's going next time and dismiss the case.

I can't see the video because my work computer doesn't have flash, but I'm assuming she was from California and her phone had pink diamond studs all over it. And her conversation was about a guy named Angel and how hot he was.

I saw the interview with her where she's giving her sob story. Really?! It's negligence on her part. She also tracked water throughout the mall which could've created another slip hazard for other customers, and the video tape is property of the mall anyway. So even if they fire the security guard that leaked it she can't sue them. Well I guess she CAN sue, doesn't mean she'll win though. Too many lawsuits in this country.

Just goes to show you, that texting while walking can lead to trouble. I bet her cell phone also fell in the drink. So should all cell phones IMHO.

I totaly agree with that. Stupid is just not fixable. And further more, do you know what's truely tragic about a van loaded with cell phones sinking to the bottom of the ocean? A perfectly good van was totaled.

I wouldn't want to see anyone fall into the ocean outside of a trip to the beach for a swim, but I would shed no tears if all the cell phones in the world were to fall into the ocean. Better yet, let's ship them all to the Bermuda Triangle, where they can all dissappear.

I remember years ago, when mr step brother was little boy, maybe 7 or 8 years old.... he walked into the bathroom at home, which he didn't recognize a small amount of shampoo right there on the floor that was nearby the toilet, he slipped and fell into the bathtub that was filled with cold and dirty water! My cousins and I thought that was funny as sh**ty, but that's not funny because he could get hurt, you never know? :?
