Anyone like any kinds of all pork meats? Such as, pig feet, pig ear, chittlings, bbq, pork shoulder, pork liver, pork chop, ribs, etc?

I like bacon, pork chops, and a good pork roast done properly on the barbecue, but I can't stand it if it's all dried out.

Actualy I do like the McRib sanwich, but I can barely get it down because of my tiny stomach. In fact, I usualy only end up eating about two thirds of it.

McRib sandwich tasted nasty to me! I prefer real BBQ or beef ribs. ;)

Me too. I like good meaty pork spare ribs cooked on the grill and soaked in a good barbecue sauce. But I do like the McRib at McDonalds. I can't eat the whole sanwich any more, but I do like it.

Ribs are the stuff! I love 'em with an apple cider glaze.
Bacon is a favorite too.

Pork is very hard to master out on the barbecue. It allways turns out too dry for my taste. When I speak of barbecued ribs, I know of a couple of restaurants where they really know how to barbecue them without drying them out. The last time I barbecued spare ribs, they were okay, but a bit dry.

Bacon is also a personal fave of mine. My Christmas Morning breakfast is oing to be bacon & eggs. It will be no where's near the ammount that I use to eat, but I still like it.

SMoked ham is more an Easter tradition where I come from. For Christmas it's turkey or prime rib.
