that's a sad story! i hope she gets life
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

I hate to say it, because she's only 15, but I agree. She shoud at the very least, never see the outside of prison walls, and I would even consider the death penalty in a case like this.

If I am above the law, then I would sentence her to my own dungeon forever! Just kidding!

They are asking for rehabilitation and a second chance for that bottom-dweller?
Where was the chance for the little girl she killed!?
I hate to throw her to the wolves, but give her life. Or at least a very long time, so she can contemplate what she has done :(

.
Brenda Spencer is still in prison and I hope she never gets out. She gets denied every
time she's up for parole. She was 16 when she went on a shooting spree at an elementary
school where she killed 2 people. You guys may have never heard of her but you may have
heard the song about her... I Don't Like Mondays by the Boomtown Rats. That's what she
said when they asked her why she did it.

Oh my God.
'Just like shooting ducks in a pond.' 'It was a lot of fun.'

NeverMore, I'm very familiar with both that song and the incident that inspired it. There was a documentary about Brenda Spencer on I.D. not too long ago.

I am not a huge proponent of the Death Panalty, but it might be justifiable in these two cases. I seriously doubt that either of those two girls will ever be able to function within normal society, and even the risk of them escaping from prison is more then we should put little kids through. Both of these girls choose little kids for victims, and the only way to totaly guarentee that Brenda Spencer and this other monster will never kill any other child is unfortunately to kill them.

I read the story and cried. How someone could kill another, especially a child, just for kicks? She should definitely be tried as an adult, as 15 is old enough to know killing is wrong. I wonder what other things she's done, like maybe killing/hurting an animal or hurting a child, prior to this -- did her parents see the warning signs?

thats how i feel.. if she's responsible enough to get a learners permit then she's SERIOUSLY knowledgable enough to not KILL someone
