You don't recycle?!? You heathen!
I don't believe that they actually recycle anything in our county. It's all for show.

i recycle... and i don't know if they really do it either...
Last night 'twas witching Hallowe'en
Dearest; an apple russet- brown
I pared, and thrice above my crown
Whirled the long skin; they watched in keen;
I flung it far; they laughed and cried me shame
Dearest, there lay the letter of your name!

I can't believe I forgot about these commercials, especially since they were constantly aired, to the point of naseau, during Christmas -- jewelry commercials, such as the ones for K Jewelers. I get so sick of their "Every Kiss begins with K" nonsense. According to K Jewelers, you'd better give your woman a piece of their jewelry, or don't expect even a mere kiss, let alone anything else. They also bombard us with their commercials during other holidays, such as Valentine's Day (which is right around the corner) and Mother's Day. I also can't stand "He went to Jared!"

And the $5 footlong sub commercials....I don't know which sandwich shop does them, because I always run screaming from the room when they come on...

If love is eternal why can't you give someone a lump of coal? eventually it will turn into a diamond...right?

It will, Andy. You see, if you give your girl a lump of coal, she'll call you a cheap tight-@ss, and then stick that lump of coal somewhere that it will turn into a diamond (albeit with great discomfort to you.... unless you're into that sorta thing.... :shock: ).

I'm not big on jewelry myself. The only jewelry I wear is a watch, bracelet, and earrings. I can't even stand to wear rings.

I don't wear much jewelry either, just my favorite necklace, earring's & wedding ring, These are the things I wear it 95% of the time!! :D
Oh some times I do wear an ankle bracelet, in the summer, I also have a toe ring but I very rarely use. Ohhh!! I for forgot one more thing I do have is a slave bracelet that I wear on special occasions, but that really is the only jewelry I own.

The only flowers I get or want are the ones you put in the ground, Gerber Daisy's are my Fav's then my rose bushes. I have gotten them from my hubby on Valentine's Day before, it was very nice to have, they bloom all season long!!!! It also makes me think how lucky I am all season long!! :wink:
