Well, it's with mixed feelings of both sadness and excitement, but I am RETIRING in May of this year. Pension Reform is the main reason, as if I waited another year, I would have lost a grand a mongh in bennifits, but I am still looking forward to retirement and just on time for the three months of Summer!
I will have plenty of time for 'haunted road trips' and various other creepy fun, all though I will probably start looking for another full time job in September to suppliment my pension and to gain the required social security credits so when I'm a really old duffer I can collect two pensions and be eligible for medicare.

When you say 'pulling the pin' does this mean you expect your world to explode some time after like some kind of grenade? Enjoy retirement, because like Spooky says, some of us are not going to get a chance to do so. Maybe I'll start robbing girl scouts.
