EBT and Food Stamps Shut Down

I just wanted to find out if anyone else in the United States is being affected by EBT/Food Stamps being shut down. I don't get food stamps but I work at a store where people use them to buy food with, and right now our local store, the Dollar Store, and even Walmart isn't able to accept the Food Stamp benefits right now.
I have family members that get them, but they live in another state. So I'm wondering if other people are having the same problem due to the Government Shut down?

I guess my state was one of the "lucky" ones that got affected.

I'm glad that you personally are not affected, and I will say a prayer for your family and all citizens affected by the stupidity going on in Washington.

Anything else I might say would get censored to oblivion by H.com.

Local grocery stores in my area are not taking them either. No telling when they will. You think Obama and Congress are going without? (sarcasm intended)
