Personally I always believed she was inoccent (along with Raffaele Sollecito) & I am glad she has got her life back. No-one should have to be charged & sent to prison for a crime they didn't commit.
The taking of DNA evidence 46 days after the murder was a joke!
Perhaps the Italian authorities should now look into Rudy Guede's accomplice. He apparently confesed to his fellow cellmate that it was his accomplice that slit Merideth Kercher's throat.
