If you haven't heard of Spotify, it's a new music streaming service, at least here in the States. It has a very large catalogue of music and allows you to share playlists with friends and fiends. The free version is advertising sponsored but it's not very intrusive. For the first 6 months you get unlimited listening time. If you're willing to fork out $9.99 a month you can keep listening unlimited, get rid of the advertising, plus you can download your playlists to your mobile device. That alone is worth the price of admission.

To get the free version you have to ask for an invitation. Pretty much anyone who asks gets one.

I started building my playlists while I was living at the hotel but then I lost my internet for a couple weeks and now I don't have time to look for new music. The mix playlists below are collaborative, meaning if you add a song to it, I and anyone who has subscribed to it will see the song in their playlist. You'll see the Spotify username of the person who added the song. If you want to post your own playlists here, and don't want anyone changing it, make sure you right-click on the playlist and uncheck 'Collaborative Playlist'.

After you install the Spotify client you can have it always open up when you load these urls. I'll post a list of the songs I have in these playlists below so you guys can see what kind of songs are available.

Nothing wrong with that version of the song. I loved it at the end of Interview with the Vampire. Thought it fit perfect. The beauty is you get to listen to both versions

They only have the explicit version. I stay away from music with that many F-bombs.
